The Grundfos Internal Sales team is part of our global sales organization and the team ambition is to offer first class technical solutions for customer needs. The team is pivotal in reaching our sales growth converting customer quotations into orders and negotiating with Grundfos’ customers.
You will join a team of approx. 9 employees in Internal Sales in Saudi Arabia. The position will be a part of Grundfos Saudi Arabia (GSA) and the posting will be at GSA Riyadh Office. You will report directly to the Operations & Customer Support Manager.
What is the job about?
As an experienced Internal Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the development of sales and customer service by providing technical support and to produce quality quotations either directly for customers or from Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received.
Furthermore, you will review the specifications of projects and propose the Grundfos offers & solution and improve, maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential new customers. You will play an active role in ensuring knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development. Besides, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer-centric, collaborative ensuring one Company Culture. In addition, you will perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as and when required.

You have a positive and resilient personality alongside with technical mind-set. You are customer-focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. You are highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Moreover, you have the ability to work well under pressure and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore, you will need to have the following the qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in internal sales role
- Relevant experience in customer service or sales – preferably within an international company and pump Industry
- Excellent communication skills
